Our Day-of Coordinators serve as your trusted point of contact, overseeing the flow of the day from start to finish. They finalize & execute your ceremony and reception timeline, communicate with vendors the day of, guide the wedding party, and handle behind-the-scenes details so you never have to. From the day-of interviews, the 45 day meeting, the walkthrough rehearsal, to the sparkler exit they ensure everything stays streamlined while maintaining the elegance and intention of your celebration.

This level of support allows you and your loved ones to be fully present, soaking in each moment while we handle the rest. At our venue your day is not just beautiful its seamlessly cared for by our coordination staff.

Bartending Services

Affordable Bartending Services at Nana-Mac Meadows

Our bartending services make it easy to enjoy all your wedding options in one place.

Alcohol Policy
- Clients supply the alcohol to be served.
- Bartenders provide service for up to 5 hours.

Liquor Policy
- For liquor service, clients must secure a Limited Special Occasion Permit.
- The permit costs $50 and can be obtained online.
- Permits must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event for approval by the NC ABC Commission.
