Wedding Weekend

Overnight stay in Nana's house

  • Overnight accommodations right down the hill from Magnolia Manor.

  • Each level has a laundry room, kitchen, outdoor conversation areas, bathrooms & more!

    • Upstairs:

      • Bedroom 1:  King bed

      • Bedroom 2:Queen bed 

      • Living area: 1 Queen pullout sofa

    • Downstairs:

      • Bedroom 1: King bed

      • Bedroom 2 - (with divider wall): 2 twin beds, 1 king bed & 1 queen bed.

    • Cots and blowup mattresses are available upon request.​

Coordination Services

Planning most aspects of your wedding may seem straightforward, yet you might find assistance beneficial when it comes to tasks like securing vendors, ensuring checklist completeness, refining your timeline, or even something as simple as ensuring the wedding party is where they're suppose to be.  Some find planning to be a daunting task, while others weave their way through the entire process seamlessly.  We have several options tailored to address your specific needs.

 

Whether your vision is to have the coordinator take care of your wedding needs only during the last moments of your wedding adventures (or) perhaps having our coordinator completely plan and execute your wedding is more your style, we have the perfect fit! 

 

Upon booking, an initial meeting will be scheduled within 2 weeks to discuss your vision.  This meeting will be followed up by a more comprehensive review tailored to your specific requests.

 

Contact our preferred Wedding Planner to discuss your specific needs.  After all, she knows our venue better than anyone, so she'll ensure your day goes exactly as you've dreamed of.

Bartending services

Nana Mac Meadows bartending services are affordable, so you have all of your wedding options in one place.

  • Alcohol Policy:

    • Clients bring alcohol they want served

    • Bartender(s) serve for 5 hours, Additional hours are available for an additional fee.

 

  • Liquor Policy:

    • ​Liquor - Client must purchase a limited special occasions permit.

      • ​The permit cost is $50 - can be obtained online.

      • Please note these permits are required to be completed no less than 14 days prior to event for the NC ABC commissions approval.

While all of the vendors who have done events with Nana-Mac may not be included in the list provided, simply due to oversight, we strive to work with the best in the industry.  The vendors noted are those whom we trust to represent Nana-Mac professionally, as they hold our venue to a high standard, in turn, holding your wedding to those same high standards. 

 

Upon booking, whether virtually, via phone call, or in person, we will discuss the interview process for the Day Of Interview (DOI). It is beneficial to perceive the DOI as an opportunity to assess potential vendors who could form your Dream Team – individuals with the capability to bring your envisioned event to fruition.
