An appealing feature of All-Inclusive packages is the inclusion of Day of Interviews for vendor selection. During these organized sessions, scheduled by our venue, clients have the opportunity to meet with different vendors every hour from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  (The timeline may vary based on the number of vendor categories you choose.) 

This streamlined process allows vendors to come to you, enabling a relaxed and convenient experience. By entrusting us with the groundwork, you can focus on enjoying the selection process with ease and comfort.

First look, first touch, Nana-Mac Meadows

Nana's Dream encapsulates a profound desire – Nana found true joy in witnessing the happiness of those in her company and in cherishing shared moments. Within Nana's Dream, participants have the chance to relish a weekend immersed in all the offerings Nana-Mac provides.

 

  • Arrive on Friday at 1:00 PM for unpacking and relaxation.

  • Utilize your Friday as needed.

  • Take the time to savor and appreciate your rehearsal and dinner.

  • Embrace the comforts of Nana's House with your wedding party.

  • Ready yourself for the ceremony and reception on Saturday.

  • Extend your stay for the reception.

  • Unwind at Nana's House post-reception.

  • Departure by 10:00 AM on Sunday.

  • BOSS wedding planning software

    • This is an extensive platform that houses all of your wedding planning dreams.  The communication line within the program is open to the Vendors you choose, the Nana-Mac team, your Coordinator/Planner, and others who are in direct connection with your wedding planning wishes.   ​​​

Please note:
 

  • Nonrefundable Deposit and Contract Signature required to secure your event date.

  • Refundable Damage Deposit required 90 days before event.

  • Our Event Enhancements do not include place settings - this item is per person.

    • Place settings include plate charger, dinner plate, flatware, water goblet, cloth napkin

  • Linen is 1 tablecloth or tablerunner per table.

    • Additional linen can be added to your package.​

  • Complimentary Custom Floorplan Set-Up and Tear-Down is always included.

  • *All options can be customized to your needs. At your request, Vendors (DJ, Photographer, Caterer, Florist, etc) can be added for an all-inclusive package option.

  • Day-Of Insurance policy required.

  • Day-Of coordination required.

    • NMM can provide an in-house coordinator or the coordinator can be of your choice, but must be approved by Nana-Mac.

  • Preferred Vendors are not shared until the time of booking.

  • *Additional Fees Include:

    • ​Credit Card Processing Fee - 3%

    • NC Occupancy Tax - 7%

Payment Schedules:
 

  • To secure your date:

    •  $2,000 deposit

    • Contract must be filled out with signatures.

  • Immediate Replacement Items/Damage Refundable Deposit Required

  • Day of Insurance Required

  • Wedding Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended
