One of the standout features of our All-Inclusive packages is the **Day of Interviews** for vendor selection. With this process, we schedule a series of organized sessions where you’ll meet various vendors each hour from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (timing may vary based on the vendors you choose).
This streamlined approach means vendors come directly to you, creating a relaxed and convenient experience. We handle the setup, so you can enjoy finding your perfect team with ease and comfort.

BOSS Wedding Planning Software– Access to a comprehensive planning platform that organizes every detail of your wedding. The BOSS platform keeps everyone on the same page, with a communication hub for your selected vendors, the Nana-Mac team, your coordinator or planner, and anyone else involved in making your vision come to life.
Secure Your Date A nonrefundable deposit and signed contract are required to reserve your event date.
Damage Deposit– A refundable damage deposit is due 90 days prior to your event.
Event Enhancements – Please note, place settings are not included in the event enhancements and are priced per guest. These settings include a plate charger, dinner plate, flatware, water goblet, and cloth napkin.
Linens – Each table comes with one tablecloth or runner. Additional linen options are available to add to your package as desired.
Setup and Tear-Down – Every package includes complimentary, custom floorplan setup and tear-down.
Customizable Options– All packages can be tailored to meet your needs. Add vendors such as a DJ, photographer, caterer, florist, and more for a fully all-inclusive experience.
Day-Of Insurance and Coordination– Both are required for your event. Nana-Mac Meadows offers an in-house coordinator, or you may select an approved outside coordinator.
Preferred Vendors– Our list of preferred vendors is shared upon booking to help you find top-tier services.
